Position - Manager - Sales & Business Development

Qualification - Bachelor's Degree

Manager – Sales and Business Development is responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and leading sales strategies. This role involves market analysis, lead generation, negotiation, and closing deals, as well as expanding the company’s market presence through partnerships and strategic initiatives. The manager collaborates closely with marketing, product, and senior leadership teams to align sales goals with overall business objective

Key Responsibilities

Revenue Growth, Business Development

  • Sales Target
  • Liason & Monitor NGA Distribution channels
  • Constantly add new Sales channels & opportunities to meet Sales target
  • Ensure relevant Brand visibility & representation in Stand Alone pop ups in Tier 1 & Tier 2 Cities

Product Strategy

  • Arrive at Collection Range Plan
  • Arrive at the Production Quantity, base don Distribution and Sales growth
  • Arrive at Product strategy & Stories based on the Collection
  • Monitoring - Graphic team to make sure the Social Media & Ad Startegy is in alignment with the overall Product Strategy
  • Monitoring - Timely update of Collection Images on the NGA Website

Sales Strategy & MBO Management

  • Ensure consistent Product representation with Rack Images
  • Ensure stock rotation & stock ageing
  • Set Store Sales Targets & Strategy
  • Ensure smooth order management
  • Ensure timely Sales Report procurement from MBOs
  • Monthly Store touch base with Sales team & Owner including quarterly store visits and sales presentations
  • Manage Stock Discrepancies Ensure Stock liquidation time line

Operational Efficiency

  • Logistics, Warehousing & Delivery Methods, Ensure successful monitoring of Stock & Warehouse
  • Ensure Stock keeping & Stock Audit regularly
  • Ensure Stock discrepancies are sorted immediately
  • Timely order & delivery of NGA Website & Store Orders

Innovation & Technology

  • Ensure timely Sales reports generation
  • Ensure timely submission of Sales data to Accounts and meet compliance deadline
  • Ensure relevant report making and inferences monthly & quarterly

Stock Management

  • Stock management
  • Stock replenishment

BAU

  • Stocking NGA collection overseas - Dubai , Singapore , London , Jakarta
  • Yearly Pop ups overseas which can be utilized during slow seasons.
  • Overtake complete responsibility of Events - Guest lister / Store communication/ Store VM / F&B for the Event / Coverage
  • Stock Liquidation of Warehouse old Stock
  • Product Research, Range plan and edit the future collections
