Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced professional with a strong background in pharmaceutical sales, credit management, and distribution operations. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of medicine flow, channel management, and business development strategies within the pharma sector.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee sales operations (medicines) across assigned territories or channels

Handle credit control processes, including invoicing, collections, and reconciliation with distributors/clients

Ensure smooth end-to-end flow of medicines from warehouse to market

Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors, pharmacies, and healthcare partners

Identify and drive business development opportunities to expand market share

Coordinate with supply chain and logistics teams to ensure product availability and timely delivery

Monitor sales performance, prepare reports, and provide actionable insights

Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Pharmacy, Finance, or a related field

5–7 years of relevant experience in the pharmaceutical industry

Strong understanding of sales operations, credit management, and distribution networks

Proven experience in business development and market expansion

Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills

Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Excel
Preferred Skills:

Experience working with pharmaceutical distributors and stockists

Knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements in pharma
