MANAGER SALES (FEMALE ONLY)

Responsible for real estate sales, complete plot booking process, partner and corporate account handling, and recovery of payments and installments. The role is client facing, requires flexible availability, and includes on camera promotions when needed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate leads, conduct meetings, close deals, and achieve monthly sales targets.
  • Handle the full plot booking process from inquiry to confirmation, including documentation and record updates.
  • Guide clients in the office and during company or partner visits, ensuring a professional client experience.
  • Manage partner and corporate accounts, maintain relationships, and resolve issues quickly.
  • Track receivables and follow up for payments, reminders, and recovery with proper documentation.
  • Report daily, weekly, and monthly progress to the Chief Executive with clear updates.
  • Represent the company on camera for promotions, speaking confidently with strong communication.

Requirements

  • 3 to 5 years of mandatory real estate experience in sales, bookings, client dealing, or recovery.
  • Strong market knowledge, leadership mindset, and excellent PR and communication skills.
  • Self motivated, target driven, hardworking, and disciplined with follow ups.
  • Comfortable with flexible working hours when required.
  • Must have reliable transport. Preference for candidates who have their own car.
  • Willing to sign a minimum 3 year contract, with preference for 5 years.
