Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Leasing Operations
- Lead, manage, and motivate the sales and leasing team to achieve individual and departmental targets.
- Oversee the full leasing and sales cycle from property listing, client sourcing, negotiation, to contract closing.
- Conduct regular market analysis to identify pricing trends, new developments, and opportunities.
- Manage property inventory and ensure timely updates of listings across all marketing channels.
- Monitor agents performance and implement strategies to enhance productivity and closing ratios.
Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, investors, tenants, and buyers.
- Ensure excellent customer service is provided throughout the client journey.
- Handle high-profile clients and resolve escalated issues efficiently.
Marketing & Business Development
- Collaborate with the marketing team to design and execute sales campaigns, digital marketing initiatives, and promotional events.
- Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and exclusive property mandates.
- Recommend innovative approaches to improve brand visibility and lead generation.
Team Leadership & Reporting
- Train, guide, and support the team on sales/leasing techniques, market knowledge, and compliance standards.
- Conduct regular meetings, performance reviews, and reporting on sales activities and KPIs.
- Prepare monthly and quarterly reports on sales volume, lead conversion, and revenue performance.
Compliance & Administration
- Ensure all documentation, contracts, and agreements comply with RERA and company policies.
- Maintain accurate records of transactions, listings, and client data in the CRM system.
- Stay updated on property laws, regulations, and real estate best practices.
