Responsibilities
Strategic Responsibilities:

Identify key business opportunities in EXIM segment.

Develop new customers for EXIM business.

Analyze customer requirements and provide tailored solutions.

Achieve revenue & volume targets and optimize sales efforts.
-
Maintain long-term customer relationships to generate additional revenue.

Expand targeted customer base and industry reach.
-
Ensure timely submission of technically and commercially viable proposals/quotations.
-
Strong Stakeholder Management with multitasking skill.
Shipping Line Coordination and Relationship
-
Day-to-day coordination with shipping lines to generate empties and achieve assigned monthly targets.

Open B/L points of shipping lines at our facility.
-
Ensure timely collection of payments from shipping lines.
-
Proactively resolve disputes with shipping lines.
-
Develop strong relationships with carriers.
Operational Responsibilities
-
Collaborate with Stakeholders to drive organizational growth and product development.
-
Build strong relationships through regular visits and prompt responses to customer and shipping line queries.

Contribute to corporate sales planning and strategy development.

Conduct market intelligence and research to map business potential and identify new customers.
People Management

Provide training, mentoring, and coaching to team members.

Coordinate effectively with team members to achieve organizational goals.
Qualifications
-
Education: Graduate (Regular); MBA in Marketing & Sales preferred.

Experience: Minimum 6+ years in Logistics & Supply Chain Sales, Operations, and Key Account Management
