Job Summary:
Leaders92 Marketing & Developers Pvt Ltd is looking for an experienced and energetic Sales Manager to lead and manage the sales team effectively. The ideal candidate will be responsible for hiring, training, motivating, and managing real estate sales agents to achieve company sales targets and business growth.
The Sales Manager should possess strong leadership abilities, excellent communication skills, and the capability to build a high-performing sales team. The candidate must be target-oriented, proactive, and capable of developing strong customer relationships while ensuring quality service and professional conduct within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the sales team and provide leadership, training, motivation, and coaching.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company sales goals and revenue targets.
- Set monthly and quarterly sales targets for team members.
- Conduct sales training sessions and develop sales scripts for agents.
- Monitor team performance and prepare sales reports and forecasts for management.
- Ensure sales staff have the required resources and support to perform efficiently.
- Plan and conduct sales meetings, B2B activities, and outdoor market visits.
- Analyze market trends, competitors, and emerging opportunities.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and business partners.
- Coordinate with HR for recruitment, onboarding, and performance evaluation of sales staff.
- Manage sales budgets and monitor operational expenses.
- Ensure achievement of business growth targets through proper team management.
- Design and implement strategic business plans to expand the company’s customer base.
- Handle customer escalations professionally and maintain service quality standards.
- Ensure proper use and management of CRM software and customer data.
- Present sales performance, revenue reports, and future business forecasts to management.
Qualification & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum 1 year experience as a Sales Manager or Team Leader in Real Estate or relevant industry.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and planning skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
- Experience using CRM software and sales reporting tools.
- Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Strong understanding of real estate sales processes and market dynamics.
- Ability to train, mentor, and manage sales representatives effectively.
- Professional presentation and customer handling skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Strong business sense with strategic thinking capability.
- Commitment to continuous learning through workshops, seminars, and professional development.
Job Timing:
- 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
- 6 Days a Week
Salary & Benefits:
- Market Competitive Salary
- Project base Commission on sale
Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month
