Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Assistant Manager – Sales & Marketing to drive business growth, develop client relationships, and support strategic marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, identifying new business opportunities, and enhancing the company’s market presence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads for services
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
- Conduct market research to identify trends and competitor activities
- Prepare and deliver presentations to prospective clients
- Coordinate with internal teams for service delivery and client satisfaction
- Monitor sales performance and prepare reports for management
- Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns (digital & on-ground)
- Manage social media coordination and promotional activities
- Ensure timely follow-ups and closure of sales deals
Requirements:
- Qualification: Bachelor’s / MBA (Marketing preferred)
- Experience: 3–5 years of relevant experience in sales & marketing (services industry preferred)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to meet targets and work under pressure
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Good understanding of digital marketing platforms
- Self-motivated and team player
