Manager - Sponsorship Sales

JSW Sports Pvt. Ltd. is hiring for the position of Manager / Senior Manager – Sponsorship Sales to join our team in Mumbai (preferred), Delhi.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Deliver on annual revenue targets across defined key responsibility areas.
• Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients.
• Create and present compelling, customized presentations to brands.
• Negotiate terms and contracts to secure deals aligned with company objectives.
• Build and nurture long-term client relationships through consistent communication and high-quality service.
• Understand client goals to provide strategic recommendations and activations.

EXPERIENCE

• 2–8 years in outbound sales at a sports marketing agency, media agency, or talent management company in India.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Graduate in any discipline.

REQUIREMENTS

• A process-driven sales professional with a proven track record of consistently generating revenue and meeting targets.
• Strong understanding of the sports and media landscape, with the ability to leverage data in the sales process.
• Excellent verbal, written, and listening skills to ensure effective communication with clients and stakeholders.
• Demonstrates strong work ethics and professional integrity.
