Manager Store

Key Responsibilities

Ensure smooth receiving, verification, and storage of all raw materials, consumables, and imported/local items in line with production requirements.Maintain adequate stock levels and ensure materials are available on time to avoid production downtime.Oversee daily issuance of raw materials to production, strictly following FIFO (First-In, First-Out).Conduct regular physical stock counts, reconcile discrepancies, and prepare inventory audit reports.Ensure compliance with 5S, workplace safety standards, and company SOPs in store operations.Collaborate with PPC, Procurement, and Production teams to align on material requirements and delivery schedules.Identify, report, and resolve non-conformities (NCs), damages, and quality issues in raw materials and supplies.Train, guide, and supervise store staff to ensure operational efficiency and adherence to company policies.Maintain proper documentation, records, and compliance with internal controls and regulatory standards.RequirementsBachelor’s degree or related field (Master’s preferred).Minimum 5–7 years of experience in store/inventory management in a manufacturing industry (experience in sports goods/football manufacturing will be an advantage).Strong knowledge of inventory management systems (ERP) and store operations.Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills.Ability to work under pressure, multitask, and meet deadlines.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.What We OfferCompetitive salary package and benefits.Growth and career development opportunities in a globally recognized company.A professional, safe, and collaborative work environment.
