Manager - Supply Chain

Job Description:
We are looking for a seasoned CPG Supply chain lead who can drive client consulting, value delivery, strategic engagement, value proposition design, expertise and competency development, and people management.
The key elements of this role :
- Capability : Build and ship some of our key capabilities for the CPG vertical - including Demand & Supply planning, On Shelf Availability, and others
- Conversations : Drive growth by engaging with key clients & prospects), with a keen eye for consultative client engagement, solutioning, and selling, Drive new prospect engagement, business development initiatives and sales opportunities by providing analytics expertise, conducting demos for clients & prospects
- Competency : Groom and mentor an eager bunch of supply chain enthusiasts, provide guidance on PoCs, clieny engagements, internal solution & capability building - lead a team of 5+ supply chain consultants
- Collaborations : Engage with our key partners to jointly go to market
- Content : Deliver thought leadership through various forums and platforms
Core Responsibilities:
- Lead client discovery, identify supply chain transformation opportunities, and act as a functional SME.
- Deliver PoCs, pilots, and scalable analytics solutions using SQL, Python, Power BI/Tableau.
- Partner with business development to shape go-to-market strategies and win new clients.
- Build reusable supply chain analytics assets and frameworks.
- Lead and mentor a team of consultants, fostering a collaborative, high-performance culture.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience: 10–14 years, including 5+ years in Supply Chain Analytics/Consulting.
- Domain: Strong knowledge of CPG supply chains.
- Tech: Proficiency in SQL, Python, Excel, Power BI/Tableau; experience in demand sensing, inventory optimization, supplier risk management.
- Consulting Skills: Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving abilities.
- Preferred: MBA/Master’s in Supply Chain or Analytics; consulting firm background; exposure to ML forecasting/optimization.
