Manager – Supply Chain Management

Role: Sourcing of Engineering Materials (SS Pipes, Plates, Instruments, Compressors)

Key Responsibilities

• Classification & database management of materials, vendors, costs, and transport rates
• Standardization of Indents, PO/WO formats, terms & conditions, contracts, taxation reports
• Vendor evaluation, coordination, inquiries, negotiations, compliance, and payment projections
• Inventory control, consumables planning, and crucial item stocking
• Monitoring material delivery, logistics, dispatch costs, and certification of bills
• Work orders & service contracts (fabrication, maintenance, manpower, housekeeping, AMC)
• Price trend analysis (SS304, Ni, FX variations) and import documentation (FOB, CIF, L/C)
• Project-wise cost summary and reporting to commercial department
• Compliance with ISO and statutory requirements
• Training needs identification (Taxation & Negotiations)

Education & Experience

• B.E. (Mech/Production) with 10–12 years in EPC / Process industry
• Strong leadership & team management experience

• Supply chain & procurement expertise
• Strong vendor/customer/internal coordination
• ERP/MRP & MS Office proficiency
• Negotiation, problem-solving, and time management skills
• Ownership, critical thinking, and multi-tasking ability

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹1,600,000.00 per year
