Overview

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Manager – Talent Acquisition from the Solar EPC industry who has a proven track record of closing leadership and critical positions across Business Development, Design & Engineering, Projects, O&M, and other key functions. The ideal candidate must have strong industry knowledge, excellent stakeholder management skills, and the ability to lead and mentor a high-performing TA team.

Key Responsibilities

1. Talent Acquisition Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies tailored to Solar EPC manpower requirements.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for critical and high-demand roles.
  • Conduct workforce planning and collaborate with department heads for manpower forecasting.

2. Hiring Execution

  • Independently handle end-to-end recruitment for Head-level, Senior, Mid-level, and Junior-level positions across BD, Design & Engineering, Procurement, Projects, O&M, and Corporate functions.
  • Use multiple sourcing channels including LinkedIn, job portals, industry networks, and passive talent hunting.
  • Conduct screening, competency-based interviews, and shortlist high-quality candidates.
  • Coordinate closely with technical panels and leadership for interview scheduling and selection.

3. Leadership Hiring Expertise

  • Proven experience in closing head positions such as:
  • India Head – Business Development
  • Head – Design & Engineering
  • Head – Projects
  • Senior functional leadership roles
  • Ability to identify and present suitable leadership candidates within defined timelines.

4. Team Leadership

  • Lead, mentor, and monitor a team of 5 HR/TA professionals.
  • Allocate job responsibilities, review daily/weekly performance, and guide the team to achieve hiring targets.
  • Train team members in sourcing, assessment, and recruitment best practices.

5. Employer Branding

  • Strengthen the company’s presence on social platforms and job portals.
  • Ensure excellent candidate experience and position the company as an employer of choice in the Solar industry.

6. Recruitment Operations

  • Maintain accurate MIS, dashboards, and recruitment trackers.
  • Ensure timely offer rollouts, negotiation, and background verification.
  • Track recruitment costs and ensure optimization.

7. Stakeholder Management

  • Act as the single point of contact (SPOC) for all leadership and departmental hiring needs.
  • Work closely with Directors, Department Heads, and Managers to understand requirements and align hiring strategies.

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Strong knowledge of the Solar EPC domain, roles, and required skillsets.
  • Proven ability to close critical and leadership positions within tight timelines.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Hands-on experience with recruitment tools, ATS, and professional networking platforms.
  • Ability to lead, motivate, and develop a recruitment team.
  • Strong analytical and decision-making abilities.

Qualification

  • MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent.
  • Additional certifications in Talent Management or HR will be an advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
