Job Summary

As the Talent Management Manager , you’ll play a key role in executing and enhancing our talent strategy. From performance management and succession planning to talent assessments, your work will directly impact how we grow, develop, and retain top talent across GMG.


Accountabilities

Core Responsibilities:


  • Execute and support the organization’s talent management strategy and initiatives in alignment with the organization’s strategic goals.
  • Drive the performance management cycle end-to-end, ensuring processes, tools, and communications are effectively implemented and ensure continuous improvement.
  • Support succession planning and talent review processes, maintaining accurate data and follow-up actions.
  • Apply talent frameworks to assess role criticality, support workforce planning, and inform development strategies.
  • Coordinate talent assessments and translate results into actionable development and growth plans.
  • Collaborate with HRBPs and other HR functions to ensure consistent execution across the employee lifecycle.
  • Provide talent data, analytics, and reporting to inform decision-making and track progress against key metrics and highlight key talent trends.
  • Promote internal mobility by identifying and enabling career opportunities for high-potential talent.
  • Ensure compliance with policies and maintain data integrity across all talent-related activities.



Job Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or related field.
  • CIPD/SHRM certification is a plus.
  • Experience: 7+ years in Talent Management or HRBP roles within a corporate or matrix environment.
  • Expertise in:

-Succession planning & readiness

-Performance management systems

-Talent review frameworks

-Behavioral assessment tools

-Talent analytics & dashboards (e.g., Power BI, Excel)

  • Tools: Familiarity with HRIS systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, SuccessFactors)
  • Skills: Strong stakeholder management, strategic thinking, and project management
