Job Purpose:
The Manager – Talent Relations is responsible for leading the Employee Relations to ensure fair, transparent, and efficient management of the employee lifecycle. The role oversees policy development, disciplinary and grievance processes, employee engagement programs, payroll governance, and the integrity of personnel records. Acting as a key advisor to senior management, the Manager ensures compliance with labor laws and internal policies while fostering a positive and professional work environment that supports employee satisfaction, retention, and organizational effectiveness.
Responsibilities

Support the Director of Human Capital in shaping the annual HR strategy, specifically providing insights on employee relations, engagement, and payroll matters.

Lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of Employee Relations policies, frameworks, and procedures, ensuring they reflect organizational goals, Qatari labor law, and best practice.

Oversee and ensure the effective management of the employee exit and termination process, including analysis of exit interview data to identify trends, risks, and retention opportunities, particularly for high-performing talent.

Direct and oversee investigations into disciplinary cases, misconduct, and grievances, ensuring fair process, transparent outcomes, and compliance with company policy and law.

Partner with leadership to design and implement employee engagement programs that strengthen organizational culture, retention, and employee satisfaction.

Lead the Talent Relations team to ensure alignment of individual and team objectives with the company’s overall strategy

Provide high-level advisory support to senior management on complex ER cases, workforce risks, and organizational change impacts.

Ensure proper governance of all payroll, time & attendance, and compliance processes, delivering accuracy, timeliness, and statutory compliance.

Oversee the integrity, security, and accuracy of employee records and personnel files, ensuring compliance with internal policies, audit requirements, and regulatory obligations.

Drive the adoption of automation and digital solutions within Employee Relations to enhance efficiency, data accuracy, and reporting capabilities

Lead or contribute to cross-functional strategic projects within HR and the wider organization to support business transformation and organizational effectiveness.
Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, business administration or equivalent.

Minimum 8 years of related experience in a similar position/responsibility, preferably in a similar industry

Knowledge of local employment, wage and salary laws and regulations (Qatar Laws).
