Manager - Taxation, Compliance and Treasury

  • Role Summary

This role is responsible for ensuring full statutory and regulatory compliance, managing taxation (including transfer pricing and intercompany), and overseeing treasury and banking activities. The position also manages insurance, fixed assets, accounts receivable, and coordinates internal audits. The Manager will act as a key link with external authorities such as Mawani, Customs, and banks to ensure smooth financial operations and compliance.

  • Key Responsibilities

- Manage all direct and indirect tax obligations, including transfer pricing (TP) and intercompany documentation.

- Ensure compliance with Mawani, Customs, and BOT contractual obligations.

- Manage daily banking operations and compliance with loan agreements.

- Monitor debt covenants, loan agreements, and ensure compliance with financing conditions.

- Maintain accurate fixed asset registers and oversee capitalization, impairment, and disposals.

- Administer insurance coverage, renewals, and claims handling.

- Coordinate with Internal Audit, track findings, and ensure timely closure of observations.

- Supervise accounts receivable, credit control, and collection efficiency.

  • Requirements

- Education: CA, ACCA, CPA, CMA.

- Experience: Minimum 5-7 years in Finance / Taxation in Saudi environment is a must. Big4 Experience is a plus.

- Skills: Excellent knowledge of Saudi tax laws, and compliance. Strong coordination with banks/regulators, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
