Job Description:
Teltonika is a global leader in IoT and telematics solutions with over 20 years of experience. We are expanding our team and looking for a Technical Support Engineer – Telematics to join us in Karachi, Pakistan.
This role is ideal for someone passionate about technology, problem-solving, and customer support in vehicle telematics and IoT solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work with Teltonika GNSS tracking devices and telematics solutions
- Support technologies such as Bluetooth, CANbus, RS232/RS485, and 1-Wire
- Assist clients with device integration and various telematics use cases
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide support via ticketing systems and online meetings
- Coordinate with R&D, QA, and Project Management teams
- Prepare technical documentation, guides, and training materials
- Communicate with international clients in fleet management, car rental, and vehicle tracking sectors
Requirements:
- Strong English communication skills (spoken & written)
- Background in Telecommunications, Electronics, IT, or Engineering
- Basic understanding of 2G / 3G / 4G, GPRS, CANbus, BLE
- Problem-solving mindset and willingness to learn new technologies
- Experience with ticketing systems (Jira, GitLab, ServiceDesk, etc.) is a plus
- Customer support experience is a plus
