Manager Tender Business

Hospital Supply Corporation is looking for an “Manager Tender Business” in their Tender Department to provide support and coordination to the departments nationwide based at Karachi Head Office.

Job Description:

• Well versed in making tenders for Pharmaceuticals and Electro medical businesses with the capability of searching tenders from PPRA-Punjab/KPPRA/SPPRA/BPPRA etc.
• Hands on experience in preparing security bids with knowledge of PPRA rules is desirable and expertise in grievance letter drafting.
• Attend the customer queries and keep strong coordination and follow-up with the departments to meet the deadlines for tender submission.
• Preparation of internal forms for getting approvals and getting telephonic follow-up on participated business from stakeholders.

Qualification & Experience:

• Graduate with 6-8 years of experience in Pharma/Electro medical companies-dealing in Tenders preparations/submissions via EPADS
• Sound knowledge of Electro medical Certifications requirements in tenders
• Good interpersonal & communications skills with proficiency in MS-Office.
• Strong follow-up & coordination with internal & external customers.
