Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the end-to-end tender management process in UAE, Oman, Bahrain & Kuwait, including tender identification, evaluation, submission, and contract follow-up.

Collaborate with commercial, supply chain, regulatory, and finance teams to ensure accurate, compliant, and timely bid submissions.

Build and maintain strong relationships with tendering authorities, health ministries, and key distributors across GCC markets.

Analyse tender requirements, pricing strategies, and competitor activities to optimize win rates.

Monitor regional procurement policies, regulatory guidelines, and market trends impacting tendering processes.

Develop reporting dashboards to track tender performance, outcomes, and business impact.

Support audits and ensure adherence to ethical and compliance standards in all tender-related activities.
Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Business, or related field (advanced degree preferred).

Minimum 5–7 years of experience in tender management or market access within the pharmaceutical or healthcare sector in GCC.

Strong knowledge of GCC tendering processes, healthcare systems, and regulatory requirements.

Excellent cross-functional coordination, analytical, and negotiation skills.

Fluency in English & Arabic.
