  • Lead the team of Consultants, and provide needed support for them


  • Implement the Performance Review for the team

  • Identify and target potential individuals for the training academy's programs.

  • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through prospecting, cold calling, and networking.

  • Conduct thorough research on potential students to understand their specific training and development requirements.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with individual learners for repeat business or referrals.

  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and contractual agreements, and successfully close sales.

  • Collaborate with the Operations teams to ensure that programs meet or exceed student’s expectations.

  • Meet and exceed sales targets, revenue goals, receivables and performance metrics set by the Team Leader.





Requirements

  • Strong background in B2B Sales and Business Development.

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in P romoting and Selling training , Certification , or Educational programs .

  • A deep understanding of the training academy's programs and their alignment with Student needs, Strong knowledge of training and development programs and their impact on individuals and organizations.

  • Excellent communication and client relationship management skills.

  • Based in Cairo
