Managing Consultant – 360° Recruitment & Business Leadership

This is a high-impact, 360° role that blends strategic business development, client relationship management, and full-cycle recruitment. Key Responsibilities

• End-to-End Recruitment: Own the full recruitment lifecycle—from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding.
• Account Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, ensuring consistent delivery, satisfaction, and retention.
• Business Development: Identify new business opportunities, pitch services, and close deals to expand our client base.
• Team Leadership: Mentor junior consultants, foster a collaborative culture, and drive performance across the team.
• Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of industry trends, talent movements, and competitor activity to inform strategy.
• Process Optimization: Streamline recruitment workflows and implement best practices to improve efficiency and outcomes.
