2. Job Purpose
To oversee, monitor, and implement all daily operations while setting the company’s short- and long-term strategic plans. The Executive Managing Director holds full responsibility for the company’s profitability and performance, ensuring sustainable growth and value creation for shareholders.

4. Key Responsibilities
-
Implement and monitor the company’s strategic plan, ensuring alignment with short- and long-term goals and strategic projects.

Track and analyze changes in the business environment, especially in the textile industry, and adjust company vision accordingly in coordination with the Holding Company.

Approve functional strategies, annual business plans, budgets, and key projects to achieve objectives.

Oversee business review processes to ensure performance aligns with approved plans and budgets.

Evaluate financial, operational, and sales performance, making decisions to drive growth and achieve targets.

Establish governance frameworks, policies, and operational systems to maintain compliance with constitutional, legal, regulatory, and community requirements.

Ensure the implementation of effective corporate governance, compliance, and audit practices, and take corrective action when necessary.

Approve strategic outputs and present them to the Board of Directors and General Assembly for final approval (e.g., organizational structure, capital expenditures, and strategic projects).

Represent the company externally with media, government entities, and stakeholders, ensuring a positive corporate image.

Provide direction on opportunities for growth, modernization, capacity expansion, partnerships, and outsourcing decisions.

Lead succession planning, training, and development of direct reports to align with company strategy.

Foster collaboration and teamwork among management teams while maintaining accountability across all sectors.

6. Education & Experience Requirements

Education:
Bachelor’s degree (Master’s degree preferred).

Languages:
Advanced English (reading, writing, speaking).

Computer Skills:
Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Experience:
Minimum 20 years in senior executive roles within the manufacturing sector, preferably textiles.

Monitor and ensure project implementation in line with approved execution schedules.

Review project risks and ensure alignment with feasibility studies.

Coordinate with consultants and contractors on execution of projects.

Resolve operational challenges and remove barriers to project delivery.

Attend project review meetings, ensuring follow-up on decisions and reporting to top management.

Maintain project contracts and ensure compliance with terms, supporting preparation of periodic reports (monthly, semi-annual, and annual).
