We’re looking for a Manufacturing Coordinator to manage day to day operations. The role involves close coordination with cross functional teams to ensure smooth execution of manufacturing activities and business priorities on site.

Vacancy description
  • Coordinate and process hotel and travel invoices for the team.
  • Manage the Director Manufacturing’s office, official travel & other official facilitations.
  • Support Autonomous Maintenance (AM), 5S, and OWOW (TPM System) implementation across the site.
  • Liaise with the Manufacturing team and develop Manufacturing Pakistan newsletters and communication announcements.
  • Oversee Performance Excellence logistics.
  • Design, ordering and execution of all visual boards for all manufacturing sites in Pakistan.
  • Arrange logistics for foreign visitors to Manufacturing plants in Pakistan.
  • Manage the official meetings for the Director Manufacturing
  • Support in internal/external audits with zero non-compliances from coordination-related gaps
  • Quality and accuracy of reports and meeting notes submitted to Director Manufacturing.
  • Effectiveness in communication flow between manufacturing teams and leadership
