Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Foreman with strong marine industry experience to join our team in Oman. The candidate will be responsible for supervising electrical works, managing manpower, and ensuring smooth execution of marine electrical projects while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise electrical installation, maintenance, and repair works in marine projects and shipyard operations
• Lead electricians and technicians on site
• Ensure all electrical works are carried out according to project specifications and safety regulations
• Troubleshoot electrical faults and coordinate corrective actions
• Monitor daily work progress and prepare reports
• Coordinate with engineers, supervisors, and other departments for smooth project execution
• Ensure proper use and maintenance of electrical tools and equipment
• Follow HSE and marine safety procedures at all times

Requirements

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience as an Electrical Foreman in marine/shipping projects
• Experience in shipyard, offshore, dockyard, or marine construction projects preferred
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, panels, cables, motors, and marine equipment
• Ability to manage and supervise a team effectively
• Good communication and leadership skills
• Diploma/ITI in Electrical Engineering or related field preferred
