Marine Electrician - Dredging

WE ARE HIRING – Marine Electrician (Dredging Specialist) | Seaworks Company

Position: Marine Electrician (Experience in Dredgers & Shipyard)

Education:

• Diploma or Technical Certificate in Electrical Engineering
• Specialization in: Marine Electrical / Electrical & Electronics / Industrial Electrical

Technical Skills & Experience:

• Only Marine Dredging experience will be considered (Not from other field)
• Minimum 3–5 years experience working on:
• Marine vessels
• Dredgers
• Offshore ships
• Strong knowledge in:
• Diagnosing and repairing electrical faults on dredgers and marine vessels
• Maintaining generators, switchboards, motors, and control systems
• Performing preventive maintenance and electrical overhauling
• Ensuring electrical systems comply with marine safety regulations
• Supporting vessel operations and minimizing electrical downtime

Certifications (Preferred):

• STCW Basic Safety Training – IMO Standard
• Electrical Safety Certification (LOTO / HV-LV Safety)
• Seaman Book
• Experience with dredging equipment electrical systems
