Urgently Require Marine & JIC Procurement Officer

- Female Candidate Preferred - (South-East Asian Nationality)

· Qualification

• Shall have at least 2 years’ experience in procurement role.
• Bachelor’s degree or 2 year diploma in the same field.
• Previous experience in procurement works in Marine Operations.
• Proficient in procurement software and Microsoft office.
• Strong negotiation & communication skills.

· Job responsibilities:

• Responsible for procurement, purchasing & expediting actions.
• Coordinates with stores for material deliveries/returns.
• Generates purchase documents based on materials requisitions.
• Places orders on approved suppliers/sub-contractors.
• Liaises with suppliers on commercial and expediting actions.
• Liaises with quality and other departments with respect of approval of suppliers, vendor’s inspections,
• Maintain record/documentation as per Company requirements.
• Follow up with vendor/supplier on non-conforming supplied items, and other QA/QC requirements.
• Any other job-related procurement assigned by the supervisor.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From AED4,000.00 per month
