Marine Sales Manager
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales operations in Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and expanding our market presence in marine equipment and marine safety supplies.
Job Description:
A results-driven Marine Sales Manager with strong expertise in the marine industry, specializing in sales, business development, and client relationship management. Possesses in-depth knowledge of marine equipment, safety solutions, and technical requirements, ensuring effective support for customers across ship management companies, shipyards, and vessel owners. Skilled in handling end-to-end processes,
Key Responsibilities:
· Develop and execute sales strategies to expand market share in marine safety and equipment supply sectors.
· Drive sales growth and achieve targets within the Saudi marine sector.
· Manage client relationships and develop new business opportunities.
· Oversee market analysis, pricing strategies, and sales planning.
· Lead and support the sales team to ensure operational excellence.
· Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
· Coordinate with suppliers and logistics teams to ensure smooth customs clearance of imported marine equipment.
· Prepare and deliver quotations, proposals, and presentations tailored to client needs.
· Ensure timely delivery, invoicing, and collection in alignment with company policies.
Skills & Expertise:
· Strong knowledge of marine equipment, safety standards,
· Experience in customs clearance processes and documentation for Saudi ports.
· Drive sales growth and achieve targets within the Saudi marine sector.
· Manage client relationships and develop new business opportunities.
· Oversee market analysis, pricing strategies, and sales planning.
· Lead and support the sales team to ensure operational excellence.
· Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
· Minimum 5 years proven experience in sales of marine equipment and marine safety items within the Saudi market.
· Strong network and knowledge of the local marine industry.
· Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
· Ability to deliver results under pressure and manage key accounts.
· Arabic speaking and English
· Excellent communication, negotiation, and client management skills.
· Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
