Marine Spare Parts - Technical Sales Manager

We are seeking an experienced Technical Sales Manager with strong expertise in the marine industry, specifically in spare parts. The role requires a dynamic professional who can manage key accounts, provide technical support, and drive sales growth while maintaining strong client relationships.

Requirements:

• Currently based in the UAE.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Technical Sales Manager in the marine spare parts industry.
• Strong knowledge of marine spare parts and related technical specifications.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Proven track record in technical sales, account management, and customer relationship management.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to understand and translate technical requirements into solutions

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales strategies to grow the marine spare parts business.
• Manage and expand relationships with existing clients while identifying new business opportunities.
• Provide technical support and product knowledge to clients, ensuring accurate solutions to their requirements.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and negotiate contracts to close deals.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to align business strategies.
• Achieve sales targets and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED15,000.00 - AED25,000.00 per month
