Identify and develop new business opportunities in the branch territory.

Approve local market development plans.
- Recommend focus areas for sales and marketing.
Influencer Engagement

Build strong relationships with specifiers, consultants, architects, and developers.

Conduct product presentations and technical seminars.
Approve engagement activities and schedules.
- Represent the company in local industry forums.
Lead Generation & Support
Generate qualified leads for the sales team through market intelligence and networking.
- Track project pipelines and ensure brand approvals.
Prioritize leads for sales conversion.
- Recommend strategic accounts for focus.
Graduate in Engineering, Business Administration, or Marketing.
- MBA or equivalent post-graduate qualification is preferred.
- 8–12 years of experience in market development, business development, or strategic sales.
- Experience in the electrical, construction, or industrial products sector is highly desirable.
- Prior experience in managing regional or branch-level market development initiatives.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and reporting dashboards.
