Market Development Specialist

· Identify and develop new business opportunities in manpower, facility management, and hospitality services.

· Conduct market research to analyze industry trends, competitor activity, and client requirements.

· Develop market entry strategies for new sectors, clients, or service offerings.

· Generate qualified leads through direct visits, networking, referrals, and digital channels.

· Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, contractors, hotels, facilities, and project managers.

· Conduct client meetings, presentations, and service briefings.

· Understand client manpower and service needs and coordinate with operations for tailored solutions.

. Support client onboarding, contract initiation, and service handover.

· Assist in preparing service proposals, quotations, tenders, and presentations.

· Coordinate with internal teams for costing, staffing plans, and compliance documentation.

· Follow up on proposals, negotiations, and contract closures.

· Maintain an updated pipeline of prospects and active opportunities.

· Support marketing initiatives such as company profiles, service brochures, and digital promotions.

· Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking forums.

· Strengthen company visibility in targeted sectors and geographic areas.

· Prepare regular reports on market activity, leads, conversions, and revenue forecasts.

· Maintain accurate CRM or client tracking records.

· Coordinate closely with operations, recruitment, and finance teams to ensure service delivery alignment.

Pay: QAR3,000.00 - QAR6,000.00 per month
