Market & Operations Specialist – Gold & Diamond (CVD & Natural)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented professional capable of conducting in-depth research to identify and analyze key market trends, industry movements, and operational requirements within the gold and diamond (CVD & natural) sector

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and analyze gold and diamond market trends (CVD & Natural) to provide actionable insights.
• Maintain accurate knowledge of product specifications, certifications, and industry standards.
• Track operational metrics, including inventory levels, procurement timelines, and process efficiency.
• Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams for timely procurement, quality control, and delivery of products.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, legal, and internal company guidelines.
• Maintain accurate records of all operational activities, client communications, and product certifications.
• Support internal processes including inventory management, documentation, and reporting.
• Assist in audits, inspections, and operational improvements as required.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in the gold and diamond industry (CVD diamonds and natural).
• Strong understanding of market trends, product knowledge, and operational workflows.
• Familiarity with industry compliance, certifications, and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize operational tasks effectively.
• Relevant certifications or education in gemology, jewelry operations, or business management is a plus.
