Role Overview

Inventive Research Group (IRG) is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Market Research Analyst to support client-driven research projects. The ideal candidate will play a key role in identifying and onboarding qualified subject-matter experts, coordinating consultations, and ensuring seamless project execution while maintaining high standards of compliance and information security.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand client requirements and project objectives for each assigned market research engagement.
• Identify and recruit suitable participants for online surveys, focus groups, consultations, and research projects using tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, LinkedIn, search engines, and publicly available databases.
• Engage with subject-matter experts to assess their relevance and suitability based on client criteria.
• Submit expert profiles to internal stakeholders for review and client approval.
• Coordinate with experts to schedule consultations and manage project-related communications.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of experts/participants, including payment details and essential documentation, across internal systems and trackers.
• Address expert concerns professionally and guide them through all project stages, including onboarding, participation, and payment processing.
• Ensure compliance requirements are met throughout the research lifecycle.
• Adhere strictly to data protection and information security policies.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience (market research, recruitment, client coordination, or related roles).
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Social Sciences, or a related field.
• Strong research and analytical skills with the ability to identify key indicators quickly.
• Creative and resourceful thinker with the ability to approach challenges in innovative ways.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment with a results-oriented mindset.
• High level of confidentiality and responsibility in handling sensitive information.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong communication skills with fluency in English (both verbal and written) is mandatory.
• Proficiency in any European or Asian language will be considered an added advantage.
• Collaborative, highly motivated, goal-driven, and coachable personality.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
