Job Title: Market Research Analyst (Arabic and English speaker)
Department: Marketing
Reports To: Digital Marketing Director

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-depth research on forex industry trends, market conditions, and emerging opportunities
• Monitor competitor campaigns, promotions, and product launches
• Analyze customer behavior, trader preferences, and market positioning
• Track compliance and regulatory developments across target markets
• Gather and interpret data from trading platforms, analytics tools, and industry databases
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and strategic recommendations for management
• Identify emerging technologies, trading tools, and macroeconomic trends impacting the forex market
• Collaborate closely with Marketing, Legal, and Compliance teams

Requirements:

✔ Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, or related field
✔ 3–5 years of market research experience within forex or financial services
✔ Strong analytical and reporting skills
✔ Experience with Excel, Tableau, SPSS, or similar analytics tools
✔ Understanding of forex trading platforms and financial market regulations
✔ Ability to convert complex data into actionable business insights
✔ Fluency in both Arabic and English is required for this role, as the position involves market research, communication, and analysis across regional and international markets.
