Job Summary

We’re looking for a Market Research and Communications Specialist who thrives on analyzing economic and commercial real estate data and turning insights into impactful reports and marketing content. This role supports our brokerage, sales, and marketing teams with high-quality research and communications that drive informed investment decisions.

Key Responsibilities

· Analyze market trends and economic data across multiple regions.

· Create professional reports, presentations, and long-form content for internal and external stakeholders.

· Collaborate with brokers and marketing teams on pitches and strategic projects.

· Write and edit copy for websites, email campaigns, social media, and print materials.

· Ensure all content aligns with brand tone and messaging.

· Proofread and edit all written materials before publication.

Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Economics, Finance, or Business.

· Minimum 2 years of experience in commercial real estate research or a related field.

· Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex data.

· Excellent writing and communication skills.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel; Adobe Creative Suite and CoStar experience is a plus.

· Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Work Schedule & Location

Monday to Friday 8:30 am – 5:30 pm
Full-time, on-site at our Encino Corporate Office
