Market researcher Executive

Job Responsibilities:

· Conduct quantitative and qualitative market research to identify trends, opportunities, and consumer insights.

· Analyze competitors’ products, pricing, and marketing strategies to assess market positioning.

· Collect, interpret, and report data on customer demographics, preferences, and purchasing behavior.

· Monitor industry developments and market dynamics to support business planning.

· Support the development and execution of marketing strategies aligned with business goals.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate research insights into strategic decisions.

· Build and maintain strong relationships with partners, stakeholders, and clients.

· Collaborate with external research agencies and partners for joint marketing efforts.

· Assist in planning, executing, and tracking marketing campaigns across multiple channels.

· Analyze campaign performance data and prepare detailed performance and improvement reports.

· Ensure consistent and data-driven brand messaging across all marketing platforms.

· Support initiatives to strengthen brand awareness, recognition, and market share.

· Present research findings and actionable recommendations to management.

· Develop dashboards and regular performance summaries for strategic review.

Qualifications & Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, or related field (Master’s preferred).

· 2–5 years of experience in market research, analytics, or related fields in Qatar.

· Strong analytical and reporting skills with proficiency in Excel, Power BI, SPSS, or similar tools.

· Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

· Ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail.

· Strong understanding of market trends, consumer behavior, and brand positioning.

• Preferable Arabic speaker and with valid QID.
