A digital platform serving the interior design and construction industry is seeking a Market Researcher to join its growing team. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about architecture, design, and data, and who enjoy engaging with industry professionals to surface meaningful insights.

What You’ll Do:

Research Projects:
Conduct detailed online research to identify interior design and construction projects. You will be responsible for contacting design consultants, project managers, and contractors via phone and email to collect and verify project information. This often involves coordinating back and forth to ensure accuracy. Strong communication skills—especially over email and phone—are essential for this role.

Organize Project Information:
Once you collect the project details, you’ll enter them into our system in a clear and structured way. We prize attention to detail—accuracy and consistency are critical in this role, and mistakes must be minimal.

Share Progress Updates:
You’ll be expected to give regular updates on the status of your research—what’s complete, what’s in progress, and what’s delayed. This will happen in weekly reports and team check-ins, so being organised and clear in your communication is important.

Coordinate with Industry Professionals:
You’ll regularly follow up with designers, project managers, and contractors to get missing details or clarify information. This means building strong working relationships and staying professional in all calls and emails.

Publish Projects on the Platform:
Once all project information is ready and approved, you’ll upload it to our website using WordPress. You’ll need to format everything clearly so it looks professional and easy to read.

Support Project Promotion:
Help share completed projects through our newsletters and social media channels. This helps increase visibility and reach for the projects you’ve worked on.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience:
• 1–2 years in a research-intensive or data-oriented role.
• Background in the interior design, architecture, or construction sector is a strong advantage.
• Skills:
• Analytical thinking and strong organizational skills.
• EXCELLENT verbal and written English communication.
• Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple assignments simultaneously.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Market Research, Business Administration, Architecture, Design, or a related field.
