Job Title: Marketing Manager – Social Media Advertising

Job Summary:

We are seeking a creative and results-driven Marketing Manager to plan, manage, and execute online marketing campaigns across various social media platforms. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in managing paid ad campaigns, analyzing performance metrics, and developing strategies that drive engagement, conversions, and brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement social media marketing strategies aligned with company goals.
  • Create, manage, and optimize paid ad campaigns on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, and Google Ads.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance to maximize ROI and conversion rates.
  • Collaborate with the content team to produce engaging visuals, ad copies, and promotional materials.
  • Research audience behavior and trends to improve targeting and content strategy.
  • Manage the company’s digital presence across social channels, ensuring consistent branding.
  • Conduct A/B testing for ad creatives, messaging, and audience segments.
  • Stay up to date with the latest social media tools, algorithms, and advertising best practices.
  • Work closely with the sales team to align campaigns with business objectives.
  • Manage marketing budgets and ensure cost-effective ad spending.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing or social media advertising.
  • Proven success in managing paid campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Google Ads.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in tools like Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and Google Tag Manager.
  • Excellent communication and creative writing skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
  • Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and performance marketing is a plus.

Preferred Attributes:

  • Certification in Google Ads or Meta Blueprint.
  • Experience in e-commerce or B2B marketing.
  • Strong visual sense and understanding of brand tone.
  • Self-motivated with a passion for digital growth and innovation.
