Marketing fresh produce requires a combination of building trust, highlighting freshness, and leveraging both direct-to-consumer and wholesale channels. Key strategies include utilizing social media for visual appeal, partnering with local restaurants, and ensuring high-quality, clearly labeled packaging to attract customers.

focusing on selling fruits/veg to hotels, retailers, or online, with key skills in digital marketing, client management, and understanding wholesale/retail channels,

· Oversees strategy, relationships with suppliers/buyers in wholesale, modern trade, and catering.

· Supports campaigns, product launches, in-store promotions, and customer service.

· Wholesale & Partnership Marketing

· Branding and In-Store Tactics

· Packaging & Labeling: Invest in attractive, eco-friendly packaging that extends shelf life and clearly communicates your brand story.

· 3 – 5 yrs (managers) in food/produce sales.

· Familiarity with fresh fruit/vegetable supply chains, wholesale, retail, and hospitality sectors.

· Cold calling, digital sales, personal client management, negotiation.

· Bachelor's degree often required; MBA/diploma a plus; high school for some support roles.

· Important for broader outreach and brand building.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: BD350.000 - BD600.000 per month
