Role Description

This is a hybrid, full-time role for a Marketing Account Manager, based in New Cairo, with flexibility for partial remote work. The Marketing Account Manager is responsible for managing client accounts, serving as the main point of contact, and fostering strong client relationships. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing and executing marketing strategies, identifying new business opportunities, leading sales and campaign initiatives, and ensuring the success of projects from start to finish. Close collaboration with the internal teams and external partners will be crucial to deliver exceptional results for clients.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Account Management and Project Management, with the ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
• Strong Communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain positive relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Strategic thinking and organizational skills to develop and execute marketing strategies effectively.
• Proficiency in CRM and project management tools; knowledge of marketing analytics is a plus.
• Prior experience in a marketing agency or a client-facing role is an asset.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and thrive in a hybrid working environment combining office and remote collaboration.
• 1-3 years of experience.
