Marketing Account Specialist ( Citizens or Arabs )

Role Description

This is a full-time remote position for a Marketing Account Specialist. In this role, you will manage client accounts, ensure client needs are met, and serve as the primary point of contact for communication. Day-to-day tasks include developing marketing strategies, collaborating with influencers, coordinating project timelines, supporting sales initiatives, and providing first-class customer service while building and nurturing client relationships.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Account Management and Customer Service to manage client relationships effectively
• Strong Communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with clients and team members
• Demonstrated Project Management skills to oversee campaigns and ensure timely and successful completion
• Proficiency in marketing and advertising strategies is a plus
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple projects in a remote setting
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a relevant field preferred
