Marketing Administrator

Established real estate and property management firm seeking a detail-oriented and creative Marketing Administrator to support our sales, leasing, and property management teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and produce property fact sheets, brochures, and marketing packages using MS Publisher and/or Adobe InDesign
  • Create advertisements for newspapers, web platforms, and magazine publications
  • Maintain and update listings on platforms such as LoopNet
  • Research property data using MLS and public record databases including Hawaii Information Service
  • Prepare proposals and marketing materials for sales and leasing presentations
  • Maintain internal database of company listings (sale and lease)
  • Update company website and social media platforms
  • Assist with general marketing and administrative support as needed

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years marketing, real estate, or related experience preferred
  • College degree in Marketing or related field preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience with Adobe InDesign strongly preferred
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of Hawaii real estate market a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $3,750.00 - $4,000.00 per month
