Marketing Administrator

Job Summary
United Dental Resources Corporation (UDRC) is a premier marketing and services firm dedicated to the growth of dental laboratories and practices. We are looking for a Marketing Administrator to drive our digital and direct outreach efforts. In this role, you will be the engine behind our multi-channel campaigns, ensuring our member labs and dentists have the marketing resources they need to thrive in a competitive market. You will work closely with our graphic designers, web developers, and UI/database engineers to ensure projects are delivered accurately and on time while maintaining direct communication with our dental lab and dentist clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Digital Campaign Management: Execute and monitor digital marketing campaigns across various platforms to drive brand awareness and lead generation for dental labs.
  • Landing Page Optimization: Build, test, and optimize high-converting landing pages tailored to specific dental service offerings.
  • Email Marketing: Oversee the end-to-end process for email campaigns, including content creation, list segmentation, and performance tracking.
  • Direct Marketing Services: Manage direct marketing initiatives, such as mailers and localized outreach, to connect dental laboratories with prospective dentist clients.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for all digital and direct campaigns to maximize ROI for our partners.
  • Brand Alignment: Ensure all marketing materials adhere to the AmericaSmiles and UDRC brand standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business.
  • Experience: 2–4 years of experience in digital marketing or marketing administration, preferably in a B2B or healthcare-adjacent field.
  • Technical Stack: Proficiency with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp), CRM system, and Google Analytics (GA4).
  • Marketing Tools: Experience with landing page builders and basic design tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Communication: Strong copywriting and proofreading skills with the ability to translate technical dental lab services into compelling marketing messages.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience working within the dental or medical laboratory industry.
  • Familiarity with SEO best practices and paid search (Google Ads).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
