Marketing Advertising Specialist

Heavenly Care Services is a leading provider of non-medical home care services in North Carolina/South Carolina. We are currently seeking a motivated and creative Marketing and Advertisement Specialist to join our team and help us expand our reach in the community.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote Heavenly Care Services and increase brand awareness
• Build and maintain relationships with local organizations, community groups, and healthcare professionals to generate referrals and partnerships
• Create engaging content for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) to attract caregivers and clients
• Organize and attend networking events, job fairs, and community outreach activities to promote Heavenly Care Services and recruit caregivers
• Conduct market research to identify opportunities for growth and stay updated on industry trends
• Track and analyze the effectiveness of marketing efforts and adjust strategies as needed to achieve goals

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (Preferrered)
• 2+ years of experience in marketing, advertising, or related role
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport and negotiate partnerships
• Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and engaging content creation
• Knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing tools
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Experience in the healthcare or home care industry is a plus
