Role Summary

The Marketing Analyst will be responsible for building and maintaining a unified digital identity for the founder and leadership collective of organisation. This includes managing online presence across multiple platforms, curating engaging content, and amplifying partner brands to drive awareness, trust, and inbound opportunities. The role blends strategic storytelling, creative coordination, and data-driven growth tracking to strengthen brand visibility and engagement.

Key Responsibilities

1. Brand Strategy & Cohesion

  • Develop and maintain consistent brand storytelling across all digital properties — personal, company, music, and leadership profiles.
  • Ensure all communications align with the overall brand voice and identity.

2. Social Platform Management

  • Manage and schedule content for LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X (Twitter), and YouTube.
  • Maintain a steady publishing cadence and ensure visual and tonal consistency.

3. Partner Amplification

  • Curate and manage partner profiles to showcase domain authority in their respective areas (e.g., HR, Automation, Training).
  • Ensure all partner activities reflect the unified organisation brand ecosystem.

4. Content Coordination

  • Work with vendors and freelancers to repurpose and adapt content across formats (e.g., newsletters to carousels, reels, or YouTube Shorts).
  • Maintain a repository of high-performing content for future reuse.

5. Creative Supervision

  • Coordinate with design and video teams to ensure consistent visuals, tone, and captions across all channels.
  • Review creative materials for alignment with brand standards.

6. Analytics & Growth Tracking

  • Track performance metrics such as reach, engagement, and follower growth.
  • Identify content that resonates most across different platforms and adjust strategies accordingly.

7. Thought Leadership & Campaign Support

  • Support ongoing initiatives like Growth Decoder, Dominate Podcast, music releases, and case studies.
  • Maintain schedules and ensure cross-platform visibility of key launches.

8. Community & Reputation Management

  • Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and collaboration requests.
  • Foster an engaged and responsive digital community.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Experience: 1–3 years in digital marketing, social media management, or content analytics.
  • Skills:
  • Strong storytelling and content coordination abilities.
  • Proficiency with social scheduling tools and Canva.
  • Basic video editing and creative sensibility.
  • Attributes:
  • High attention to tone and discretion while working with leadership.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Interest in music or creative media is an advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
