Finz Games is seeking a Marketing Analyst to join our marketing team. In this role, you will drive performance marketing efforts focusing on user acquisitionand app store optimization to enhance player growth, engagement, and retention. You will craft data-driven marketing strategies that elevate our brand presence and deliver measurable results.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising & PR, Communication, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in performance marketing, preferably within the gaming industry.

Requirements:

  • Strong expertise in User Acquisition strategies
  • Deep understanding of App Store Optimization best practices
  • Proficiency in data interpretation to analyse campaign performance, identify trends, and derive actionable insights.
  • Hands-on experience with marketing analytics tools .
  • Strong project management skills to handle multiple campaigns and deliverables while meeting deadlines.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners to align marketing objectives with business goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan and Execute User Acquisition Campaigns: Develop and manage multi-channel UA campaigns, ensuring data-driven decision-making to optimize player acquisition and maximize return on ad spend (ROAS).
  • Optimize App Store Presence: Implement ASO strategies to enhance app visibility and conversion rates through meticulous keyword research, creative asset optimization, and A/B testing.
  • Analyse and Report Performance: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) across all marketing efforts, generate comprehensive reports, and provide actionable recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Research and Identify Growth Opportunities: Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify new acquisition channels, audience segments, and emerging trends in the mobile gaming landscape.
  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work with product, design, and analytics teams to align marketing strategies with product roadmaps, player behaviours, and creative storytelling.
  • Innovate and Optimize: Continuously refine marketing strategies using data-driven insights, experimenting with new formats, audiences, and creative approaches to enhance performance and engagement.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Rs70,000.00 per month
