Ibex, for one of it's global client, is hiring.

Timings: EST Hours

Objective:

Deliver accurate performance reporting, manage SEO/website operations, and drive compounding organic growth across all digital channels.

Core Responsibilities

• Analytics & Reporting

Pull, clean, and synthesize data from ServiceTitan, GA4, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Local Services .

Build and maintain weekly/monthly dashboards with actionable insights.

Set up and maintain conversion tracking + attribution.

• Website & SEO Management

Manage WordPress updates (content, plugins, page builds, design tweaks).

Execute SEO: keyword research, on-page optimization, metadata, schema, and internal linking.

Create/update local service area pages ; ensure indexation and visibility.

Manage citations, backlinks, and directory presence.

Implement AI-assisted content updates while ensuring quality standards.

• Ops & Process

Deliver accurate weekly reports and web/SEO tasks on SLA.

Maintain documentation for processes and tracking consistency.

Required Experience

• 3–5 years in marketing analytics, SEO, and website management.
• Hands-on with ServiceTitan (or equivalent CRM) , Google Analytics 4 , Google Ads dashboards , Meta Ads Manager , Google Local Services Ads .
• WordPress expert : CMS management, plugin configuration, landing page creation.
• Familiar with Google Search Console, SEMrush/Ahrefs (or equivalent SEO tools) .
• Strong written English for LLM SEO-friendly copy updates.

Success Metrics

• Reports: delivered on-time weekly, ≥95% accuracy.
• SEO: ranking gains in top 10 GEO keywords, growth in domain authority.
• Web ops: <72 hours turnaround for standard updates.
