Job Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced Head of Marketing & Branding to define, lead, and execute the company’s overall marketing, branding, and communication strategy across the UAE and GCC. This role will work closely with the CEO, Business Development, and Executive Leadership to enhance brand equity, support revenue growth, and position the company as a preferred construction partner in the region.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Brand Leadership
- Define and own the corporate brand vision, positioning, and long-term marketing roadmap aligned with business growth plans.
- Ensure consistent brand representation across all corporate, project, and regional touchpoints in the UAE and GCC.
- Strengthen brand credibility among developers, consultants, clients, and government entities.
Business Development & Revenue Enablement
- Act as a strategic partner to Business Development and Tendering teams to support high-value bids, prequalifications (PQs), and proposals.
- Oversee the creation of executive-level presentations, corporate profiles, project portfolios, and client-specific pitch materials.
- Support market entry strategies, sector diversification, and key client pursuits.
Digital, Corporate & Project Marketing
- Lead digital transformation of marketing including website strategy, SEO, social media, and performance marketing.
- Oversee project marketing for ongoing and completed projects, including site branding, project launches, handovers, and case studies.
- Ensure strong visibility across digital, print, and industry platforms.
Market Intelligence & Positioning
- Lead market research, competitor analysis, and trend monitoring across UAE construction, infrastructure, and real estate sectors.
- Identify emerging opportunities, market gaps, and client segments.
- Translate market insights into actionable marketing and branding initiatives.
Public Relations, Media & Stakeholder Management
- Lead corporate communications, PR strategy, and media relations across the UAE and GCC.
- Represent the company at industry forums, exhibitions, conferences, and award platforms.
- Manage crisis communication and brand reputation at an executive level.
Leadership, Governance & Budget Management
- Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing marketing and branding team.
- Manage and optimize marketing budgets with strong ROI focus.
- Oversee agencies, consultants, and vendors ensuring quality, compliance, and cost efficiency.
- Establish KPIs, reporting frameworks, and governance for all marketing functions.
Key Skills & Competencies
- Deep understanding of the UAE construction and real estate market.
- Strong executive presence with excellent stakeholder and leadership skills.
- Proven experience in B2B branding, tender support, and corporate communications.
- Expertise in digital marketing, PR, and integrated marketing strategies.
- Strategic thinker with strong commercial acumen.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
- MBA or Master’s degree in Marketing/Strategy preferred.
Preferred Profile
- Experience working with developers, consultants, and government entities
- Preferrred in Europe based experienced.
- Strong network within the UAE construction and real estate ecosystem.
- Experience handling regional or multi-entity branding is a strong advantage.
