Marketing and Business Development Coordinator

We’re seeking a proactive and highly organized Marketing & Business Development Coordinator to join our team. This hybrid role supports both marketing and business development efforts by coordinating proposals, qualifications, client communications, digital content, and outreach initiatives that strengthen our brand and drive growth. The role suits someone who thrives in a fast-paced, professional environment and brings adaptability, creativity, and strong attention to detail.

Marketing & Communications

• Respond promptly to inquiries across the Meta Business Suite
• Manage and reply to client queries via email and WhatsApp, ensuring clear and professional communication
• Prepare and customize proposals for new projects based on client requirements
• Track all submitted proposals and conduct structured follow-ups at 3 days, 1 week, and 2 weeks

Business Development

• Assist in preparing proposals, client presentations and other business development assets
• Support the executive team with administrative and coordination tasks as needed
• Identify and source new project opportunities on Upwork
• Monitor relevant listings and support lead generation efforts

Ideal Qualifications and Attributes

• 1–2 years’ experience in a marketing, business development, or communications role (preferably in design, architecture, or another creative industry)
• A strong visual eye, proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, and Premiere)

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: Rs55,000.00 - Rs75,000.00 per month
