Marketing and Business Development Executive

We are hiring Marketing and Client Support Executive for a growing corporate gifting company offering customized gifting solutions for clients across industries. Our focus is on creativity, timely delivery, and building strong customer relationships. We’re looking for a motivated individual who enjoys interacting with people, generating business opportunities, and contributing to brand growth.

Job Location: Triplicane, Chennai

Salary - 18 to 25K (Based on Experience)

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify potential clients through online research, calls, and networking.
• Handle client interactions – understand their gifting needs and offer suitable product options.
• Prepare and share proposals, quotations, and product catalogs with clients.
• Follow up with leads and maintain a strong customer database.
• Coordinate with vendors and the internal team for order execution and timely delivery.
• Support marketing activities such as social media promotions, mail campaigns, and participation in exhibitions.
• Maintain records of inquiries, leads, and client communications using CRM or Excel sheets.
• Build long-term relationships with existing and new clients to encourage repeat business.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Any Graduate (Marketing / Business Administration preferred).
• Freshers with good communication skills are welcome.
• Strong verbal and written communication in English & Tamil.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Interest in sales, client servicing, and marketing activities.
• Energetic, self-motivated, and target-oriented personality.

Pay: ₹10,247.10 - ₹35,991.71 per month
