Marketing and Events Coordinator

In this role, you will support the planning, coordination, and execution of a variety of marketing campaigns and events. Responsibilities

  • Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns and promotional events to increase brand awareness and engagement
  • Support event setup, registration, guest management, and breakdown to ensure smooth operations
  • Coordinate with vendors, venues, caterers, and other stakeholders to facilitate event logistics such as catering, contracts, and venue arrangements
  • Engage with attendees during events to provide exceptional customer service and gather feedback for continuous improvement
  • Help manage event budgets by tracking expenses and ensuring cost-effective solutions
  • Promote upcoming events through social media channels, email campaigns, and other marketing platforms
  • Maintain detailed records of event activities, contracts, guest lists, and post-event evaluations

Requirements

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to interact confidently with clients, vendors, and team members
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in event planning and management tasks
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines
  • Prior experience or familiarity with hospitality settings such as restaurants, hotels, or banquet services is a plus
  • Knowledge of marketing principles including upselling techniques and promotional strategies
  • Experience in event management or event marketing is desirable but not required; eagerness to learn is essential
  • Basic understanding of budgeting processes and contract negotiations
  • Customer service orientation with a friendly attitude that enhances guest experiences
  • Proficiency in time management tools and social media platforms
