Position Summary
The Marketing & Outreach Coordinator is responsible for developing, executing, and managing marketing and outreach initiatives for Sleep Center of New Orleans/Sleep Rite and LATNUS, including its outpatient clinics and accredited sleep laboratories. This role focuses on increasing patient awareness, referral growth, brand visibility, and community engagement while maintaining compliance with healthcare marketing regulations.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing & Brand Development
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote sleep medicine services, diagnostic sleep testing, and treatment programs.
- Maintain consistent branding across all platforms including print materials, digital media, website content, and social media.
- Create patient-facing educational content related to sleep disorders (OSA, insomnia, narcolepsy, hypersomnia, circadian disorders, etc.).
Digital & Social Media Marketing
- Manage and grow social media presence across platforms (Google, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn).
- Create and schedule posts, campaigns, and announcements highlighting services, providers, and patient education.
- Monitor online reputation and assist leadership with review-response strategies in compliance with CMS and HIPAA guidelines.
- Track engagement metrics and provide regular performance reports.
Referral & Physician Outreach
- Build and maintain relationships with referring physicians, clinics, dentists, ENTs, cardiologists, pulmonologists, and primary care practices.
- Coordinate outreach visits, presentations, and referral packets.
- Organize and support provider-facing educational events, lunches, and community talks.
Sleep Lab & Clinic Promotion
- Promote in-lab and home sleep testing services to referral sources and the community.
- Assist with marketing new services, technologies, or locations.
- Support patient volume growth initiatives while ensuring ethical and compliant marketing practices.
Community Engagement & Events
- Coordinate community health fairs, screenings, employer outreach, and educational seminars.
- Represent Sleep Center of New Orleans at professional and community events.
- Assist with public speaking engagements and informational sessions as directed.
Administrative & Compliance Support
- Ensure all marketing materials comply with HIPAA, CMS, and state regulations.
- Maintain marketing calendars, vendor coordination, and budgets.
- Collaborate with clinical leadership to align messaging with operational priorities.
Qualifications
Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Experience in healthcare marketing, clinic outreach, or medical office operations.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with social media platforms, basic graphic design tools, and content management systems.
Preferred
- Experience in sleep medicine, pulmonary medicine, or specialty healthcare marketing.
- Familiarity with HIPAA-compliant marketing practices.
- Experience with Google Business Profile optimization and patient engagement strategies.
- Comfort with public speaking and professional presentations.

Pay: $17.25 - $25.00 per hour
